Real Estate
D'Angelo's real estate department can help you find the location that offers your sandwich franchise the best possibility of success. You are responsible for finding your location and our real estate department will help you find an experienced, professional realtor. Once you locate a potential site, using our site selection criteria, we will visit the site, examine the trading area and provide a site assessment. After site approval, we will assist you with understanding the terms for your lease or property purchase. We offer guidance based on our extensive experience in negotiations but it is your responsibility to negotiate the final terms. Your attorney should review your lease or purchase agreement before you sign it.
Construction
Our Construction Department will provide a floor plan as well as equipment specifications for a standard D'Angelo restaurant and your architect will adapt our plan to fit your site. After our Construction and Operations Departments approve the plans, your architect will be responsible for obtaining bids and monitoring construction along with our Construction Department.
Equipment
D'Angelo's Construction Department will recommend pre-approved suppliers for equipment, furnishings and signage.
Market Planning
Using cutting edge software, the Market Planning Department will identify the best areas in your market for restaurant development, down to the ideal street. Demographics, competition and the local retail landscape will be evaluated to help you make the best decisions in regards to store locations.

Training
D'Angelo offers franchisees an intensive five week training program. We provide all related materials; the franchisee is responsible for outside costs such as travel, lodging, meals, salary, etc. The training program includes:
Field Instruction One-to-one instruction with a certified trainer with a focus on proficiency in the areas of sandwich making, counter service, food preparation, food ordering, and managing the business operation.
Classroom Instruction Intensive instruction that covers leadership, recruiting and interviewing, personnel policy and procedures, training, performance appraisal, and cost analysis.

D’Angelo offers one-stop shopping for all the supplies needed. Our distributor provides convenient, weekly delivery of the highest quality products. Because we have over 200 D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches locations, our purchasing department offers you cost savings through volume purchasing.
Marketing & Advertising

In addition to an in-house production staff and print shop, we also work closely with fulfillment centers, field marketing specialists, and marketing services managers. Accounting
D'Angelo offers a software package that makes your business accounting simple and organized by tracking all major cost systems, including sales, food, and labor. During training you will receive instruction on how best to utilize our accounting software.
